CATEGORY D (up to 19 full years old)

PIANISTIC PERFORMANCE (no age limit)

1st Prize:€ 1,500; Concert engagements

Participants with maximum points (95-97) in each category will receive the above monetary prizes.

Additional info:

The jury panel will use a 100-point score system:
from 98 to 100/100 - absolute winner
from 95 to 97/100 - 1st prize winne

10 foreign participants with the score of 92/100 and more will get a refund for 2-day hotel accommodation.

CATEGORY A: UP TO 9 YEARS OLD

Repertoire (5 minutes maximum)

Free program of maximum 5 minutes

CATEGORY B: UP TO 12 YEARS OLD

Repertoire (10 minutes maximum)

Free program of maximum 10 minutes.

CATEGORY C: UP TO 15 YEARS OLD

Repertoire (15 minutes maximum)

Free program of maximum 15 minutes.

CATEGORY D: UP TO 19 YEARS OLD

Repertoire (20 minutes maximum)

Free program of maximum 20 minutes.

PIANISTIC PERFORMANCE ( no age limit)

Elimination Round (10 minutes maximum)

- one movement from a Sonata (Haydn, Clementi, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert);
- free programme, 10 minutes max., including an Etude by Chopin, Liszt, Debussy, Scriabin, Bartòk, Rachmaninov, Kessler, Rubinstein, Moscheles, Mendelssohn.

Final (30 minutes maximum)

Free programme, 30 minutes max., barring the pieces already played, but it is possible to complete the sonata begun as preliminary test.
