Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition of Belgium for singers has been announced. It will take place in Brussels in May 2011. Two more 2011 competitions in France have been announced recently: 18th CCSV Piano Competition in January and the 23rd Epinal International Piano Competition in March.

Recently announced 2010 competitions include: the 10th International Juliusz Zarebski Music Competition and the 14th International Competition of Contemporary Chamber Music taking place in Poland in May and August; and the  8th International Piano Competition Marco Fortini, which will be held in Italy in June 2010.

2010 starts with a number of competitions added to our database and updates of the ones we already have. Six new competitions have been added into Guitar section; five competitions for instruments such as Piano, Voice, Organ, and Clarinet found their place in relevant sections, as well as several music competitions for Ensembles, Strings, and Winds.

Some of the changes of recently updated competitions include the program and deadline of the 7th International Piano Competition "Dedication to Ferenc Liszt" in Russia; age requirements for pianists applying for the 15th International Competition for Young Musicians "Petar Konjovic" in Serbia; starting date of the 3rd Beijing International Music Competition; cancellation of the Kingsville International Young Performers Competitions for the immediate future; dates and deadline of the 5th International Music Competition "Un Ricetto in Musica" in Italy, among other updates done during the last two weeks.
