Bakitone has recently been featured on the main Russian television station "TV Kultura". The host of the daily program "Culture News", prominent journalist Vladislav Flyarkovskiy (Владислав Флярковский), talks about bakitone.com:

5th China International Piano Competition in Xiamen

Dates and all the detailed information about the upcoming China International Piano Competition in Xiamen have been updated. The competition will be held for the 5th time in Xiamen from October 28 until November 7, 2010. It is open to pianists of all nationalities aged between 17 and 32. 6th Yuri Bashmet International Viola Competition announced

The Russian Concert Agency has announced the 6th Yuri Bashmet International Viola Competition. The competition will take place in Moscow from January 24 until February 1, 2010. Viola players of any nationality having reached the age of 16 but not older than 40 may apply for participation in the contest. 3rd Tivoli International Piano Competition postponed

Due to difficulties raising the necessary sponsorships for the accomplishment of the 3rd Tivoli International Piano Competition planned for 2010, the competition has been temporarily postponed.

Minjeong Jeong wins the 5th International Piano Competition The Muse

Korean pianist Minjeong Jeong became the winner of the 5th International Piano Competition "The Muse", which was held on a Greek island of Santorini from September 1 until 8, 2009. Second prize has been awarded to a Russian pianist Feruza Khaydarova and the Third prize shared between Chihiro Kubo from from Japan and Pavel Shatskiy from from Russia.
